This workshop demystifies well-being and offers simple practical and tailored strategies and practices to support you in your personal and professional lives.
Based on research and Indigenous teachings, this hands-on workshop provides opportunities for you to understand how stress can operate in your body, to reinforce the importance of well-being, to experiment with different well-being practices and to learn about what aspects of yourself you can better support. You will leave this workshop having created their own plan for holistic well-being.
